How we work

From inspection challenge to production system

A structured engineering process that proves the optical method, defines the line response and reduces project risk before final integration.

Evidence before equipment

Define what success means.

The strongest projects begin with a clear defect set, representative good products and an agreed response to every result.

We turn that information into an optical trial, controls plan, mechanical layout and acceptance criteria. Each stage creates evidence for the next decision.

01

Application discovery

We review the product, defect, acceptable variation, line speed, conveyor or fixture, operating environment, changeovers, data requirement and what the line should do with a fail.

  • Sample images, drawings and defect examples
  • Target tolerance or minimum visible defect
  • Controls, safety and installation constraints
02

Optical proof

Representative samples are tested with candidate cameras, lenses, filters, backgrounds and lighting. The aim is a stable image that separates the required feature from normal variation.

  • Good and failed sample set
  • Field of view and resolution proof
  • Initial repeatability and false-reject review
03

System specification

We define the camera architecture, mechanical mounting, enclosure, product handling, PLC/HMI interface, tracking, reject method, data storage, user access and documentation.

  • Functional and mechanical scope
  • Communication and line response
  • Acceptance test plan
04

Build and integration

The inspection cell is assembled and configured as one system. Recipes, fault handling, operator screens and reject confirmation are developed around production use.

  • Camera, lighting and controls integration
  • Guarding and access design
  • Factory testing before installation
05

Commissioning and support

We install, connect and test the system on the live process, then train operators and technical users against the agreed scope.

  • Site acceptance against agreed samples
  • Operator and maintenance training
  • Ongoing support options
What to send us

Five things that make an application review faster.

  1. Good products and known defects
  2. Minimum defect size or tolerance
  3. Line speed and product spacing
  4. Photos or video of the installation area
  5. Required action after pass or fail
Send your requirement
Start with the product and defect

Let’s prove the inspection before you commit.

Send us samples, images, line-speed information and the defects you need to detect. We’ll recommend the right next step.
